  1. Russia must have a combat description equal to “Blitzkrieg” and “Shock and Awe.” Russia does not have to name it, but it should do it, take or destroy Kyiv, flush the rats out of the sewers, and bring the NATO Allies to peace negotiations and division of the former Ukraine on Russia’s terms.
