  2. Another city cop in the US executed a man of color. Shot him in the head while kneeling on his back. So, let US send all its spare federal war gear to Ukraine for Russia to blow up. Otherwise these armaments go to local US police to control civil demonstrations and kill auto drivers and passengers, and execute people in serving silent (“no-knock”) warrants. Better to blow up the war munitions than use them on US citizens.
