The post by Patrick Lancaster of the joyous celebration of the Wagner troops & Pregozhin moving through/out of the Russian city they occupied peacefully was a STRONG showing of support for the special military operation of the troops in Ukraine, of the Putin doctrine of peace and negotiation with the Wagner forces, and of the focus on peaceful resolution when possible between Putin - the leader of Russia - and Ukraine. The crowds loved the Wagner group and celebrated their heroism against Ukraine, but equally celebrated the peaceful & negotiated settlement of the conflict between Pregozhin and members of Russia’s military. It was a great sendoff of Wagner to Belorussia. The vision I came away with is that Russia is a peaceful and united nation, fully in support of both their President and their military heroes in Wagner group.
