  2. I’m from the lovely, relatively old city of New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. It is not safe to walk downtown there even in daylight. If you are robbed, police do not respond for at least 2 hours; and sometimes not for days. Carjacking, sometimes by children, occurs multiple times a day. Garbage collection in even tourist areas is hit & miss. I blame decades of political corruption. So the US sends billions to the Nazis and nothing to help impoverished cities and citizens at need in America. America is dying; much is already dead, carrying on like Zombies, cannibalizing itself.
