  3. Do not ever expect the Pentagon to “count” or “keep track of” ANYTHING! It took two 9/11/2001 “hits” — at the pentagon and the collapse of Bldg 7 in NYC — to obliterate all prior original and (“safety”) copies of Pentagon expenditures for the long-postponed “audit.” Real sad “coincidence” the original records and the staff analyzing them were “eliminated” when the Pentagon was hit at that exact storage spot — nothing survived. Backups were unrecoverable from the “collapse” (??demolition??) of World Trade Center 7. So don’t look for an accounting of “sales” to Ukraine or use of money.
