Dr. Campbell — you reason like Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s great detective character, Sherlock Holmes. Once, Sherlock explained to his friend Dr Watson that he understood what was going on as soon as he examined the situation of “the dog who barked in the night.” Confusedly, Watson asserted that, in fact, the dog Did NOT Bark in the night…”. Sherlock replied that BECAUSE the dog failed to bark, the owner was implicated and the case was solved.
Britain, and even more the US, kept the dogs from barking, except, sir, for you and a handful of other indomitable others.
Well done! You are no Watson! I call you Conan Doyle! ✍🏻🐶woof!
