  3. These are not “happy pills;”. These are survival meds for most clinically depressed folk I know, self included. It’s the drug, not the “frame of mind.”

  8. A lot depends on the age of the client. It MUST be monitored by a trained psychiatrist. An MD.

  10. I’ve been on a related SNRI for decades, under Doctor’s care, and a different doctor diagnosed me with low D3 levels & put me on 5000 IU D3 daily.

  14. Generally Rx from a Shrink, but that’s up to your particular GP (and your medical insurance). I’ve got a lovely tamed Shrink I can totally trust. He’s also kind to animals…
