  1. TICK PARALYSIS I’m one of those that gets a severe reaction to tick bites, which is called Tick Paralysis. I suggest anyone who has been “bitten” by a tick be Absolutely Certain to remove the entire tick! If you later feel arm or leg weakness or anything unusual, please be medically checked immediately for other or remaining ticks. Symptoms disappear over a span of several days. It is also common in dogs but I don’t know about cats.
