  1. Not in Louisiana! It’s the same as it was 50 years ago. I knew a friend of a friend whose fetus had the same defect — no head bones. She had to carry to term & go thru delivery, thus crushing her own baby’s brain in delivery. That’s traumatic! This woman faces the same heartbreaking loss.
