  1. Chill. You will fry your brain if you fixate on evil people & evil deeds. If possible, for many reasons, try growing a garden (for food or flowers), even if inside or even if in 5 gal buckets. This puts you in charge, in a small way, of your environment and gives you satisfaction (even when you fail-so start with a store bought potato). Don’t let “THEM” determine your focus. Plant a potato in a big pot of dirt; keep soil kinda moist 2” deep. Keep from getting too cold - inside by a window is maybe ok(?). Or try growing a pot of carrots outside down to about freezing temperatures. Stop watching news at least until after the election — it’s all designed to make you afraid anyway. Turn off the TV & give them all the finger! Good wishes to you!😊
