Senator, let’s keep the US out of further hegemonic relationships !!! The role of an Ambassador is to (among other things) represent the US government in aid of US citizens of a country. Are there significant number of Americans in these island nations to justify the cost of creating and staffing one or more embassies? Stop spending my tax $$$ abroad!!!
