  1. Well, this affiant cannot make a plain statement of fact as to what he wrote, which he also presumably also believes. His psychological holdings as to gender &/or sex may interfere in his judicial judgment regarding matters of law, such as incest, rape, and other clearly defined legal precedents. Maybe he had best retire to a teacher’s position, but definitely NOT to daycare or babysitting! Get him out the judiciary!
