  1. As a Louisiana citizen in the hurricane zone, I support RAND PAUL on this! Sen John is well-meaning, but I’m sick to death of the rich being insured over multimillion dollar beachfront homes. Cover those like the people who lost homes from Katrina and other damaging storms that hurt inland homes. Let the wealthy live in safe locations.
