Seems I recall from the Holy Bible (used by Christians) that in the Old Testament - in some of the writings by the Prophets sent after the time of King Solomon - that God told his chosen people Israel to rely on the Lord God for their protection from other nations, and NOT to enter into defensive military alliances with other nations. Rulers after Solomon chose to disobey this divine rule, and created offensive and defensive (war) alliances with non-Jews. So, God Almighty turned these disobedient Jews over to be thrown out of their land and lose their heritage. Not just once, but twice. Therefore, I expect God Almighty will “punish” the disobedient Jewish nation of 2024 for making foreign alliances for offense/defense with secular nations of Germany and America, and God will again deny Jews a “homeland” because they listen to foreign business interests rather than to the revealed Word of God Almighty. If you find Biblical fault with this, please explain it to me, so I may understand.

I would STRONGLY SUGGEST you look into the Biblical history of Israel & Judah post King Solomon, particularly with regard to God Almighty’s instruction (see various books of prophesy) that ISRAEL RELY ONLY UPON GOD ALMIGHTY FOR ITS PROSPERITY AND SECURITY AND NOT ENGAGE IN FOREIGN DEFENSE ALLIANCES. That means: don’t get the US government to protect you, give you bombs, or fight for you. That SIN OF DISOBEDIENCE caused Jerusalem to fall to “infidels.” Read your Bible.

@richjacobs9736 . Is he not YHWH? If so, why can he not be Allah? After all, Ishmael is Abraham’s first son. Hebrew succession is counted not only through Abraham’s Second son Isaac but then through Isaac’s Second born son Jacob! Remember Esau was born first, but Jacob the Trickster fooled him into giving his birthright away, and lied to his father Abraham claiming to be Esau to steal the gift of the right of inheritance from Esau. Ishmael became the patriarch of the Muslim religion. His heirs intermarried with Abraham’s heirs as well. It’s in the Holy Bible! Read it. Truth will not harm you. Learn to study and think, instead of being a “sponge” for others’ possible heresies. Pray to God for guidance. He will grant your devout wish.

Follow it through the births, heritage, and lies practiced by Sarah/Sarai, Issac (he is again NOT a firstborn, only a second born of Abraham) is followed by Jacob (Issac’s second born child), since Esau was the first born of twins, and Jacob the Liar stole Esau’s birthright by lying to Issac and claiming to be Esau (who was entitled to the blessing of the firstborn. Ishmael is the father of the 12 Tribes of the Muslim faith; Abraham’s son Isaac is the father of the 12 Tribes of the Jewish faith. Both are Abraham’s children. Note the intermarrying between the families of Ishmael and Isaac. I’ll add the Chapter & Verse later; I’m truly sorry I cannot look it up immediately. Just read Abraham’s genealogy—it’s in there! @richjacobs9736 . Rich, you’re a “Baptist.” I’ve been Baptist but I kept on studying. I’m Lutheran now. Here’s the Bible ref’s relating to the alliance between Ishmael and Isaac and other family members: Genesis Ch 16, Ch 17:20, Ch 21:12-21, 22:18, 25:7, 12; 25:20-26 & 29-34; Ch 27:1-22, 30, 38. Look at Gen 25:12-18 and Gen 28:9. Esau marries Ishmael’s daughter. !! Ishmael — first born of Abram/Abraham. Esau — first born of Isaac. Both Ishmael & Esau were denied their promised birthrights. Their lineage is United. Ishmael, the Muslim prince & Esau the Jewish prince. How interesting….. try to think if that matters at all, and pray and decide what is true.

@richjacobs9736 . Didn’t Jews write Genesis? Wouldn’t they try to secure a Jewish woman’s heritage? But who behaved in accord with God’s directions? God is in charge, not Sarai, the disobedient and untrusting. Hagar is obedient. Understand what is happening. Why should Ishmael be condemned because of Sarai’s disobedience? God rescues Ishmael and promises him greatness as a leader outside of the family of his father. Yet he returns to honor Abraham at his death with his younger half-brother Isaac. Do you know that the name Jacob means “trickster”? “Study to show thyself approved into God … rightly dividing the word of truth” KJV 2Tim 2:15 Peace be unto you ❤️🙏🏻✝️ PS: I’m gonna focus instead on the NT, The Beatitudes, to help me travel through this most difficult and perilous time.

@richjacobs9736 . Rich, you haven’t finished reading that account of history. Learn what God prepares for Ishmael and his progeny. The citations of some facts in Genesis you are skipping over are posted in other responses to you. It’s really not as simple as “ Three Biblical points, a prayer, and an altar call, “. Make the most of this opportunity to ask questions and then verify the answers you receive. Read the Prophets! God sent them to get Israel to “shape up!” When they didn’t, twice! , God kicked them out of his favor. Read what Jesus says in Matt 23:37-39 about Israel killing God’s prophets and yet how great is the Lord’s love for this disobedient people! (NIV)
