  1. What places other than the US and NATO must understand is that Sociopathic Behaviours can refer to a person or to the policies of a country or league of countries. Sociopaths are impossible to nearly impossible to communicate with in an honest or even a consistent way.

  2. Please note China’s friendships with Cuba, Venezuela, possibly Mexico, Guatemala and maybe even crazy mixed up Colombia. I think there are plenty of countries which could host Chinese or Russian military bases, and be glad of their protection. I was a teen during the Cuban missile crisis ..... if I were China, those are my choices for expansion to protect trade agreements.
