  1. Many of we voters in US have told our House representatives that we were AGAINST further foreign aid, and we would vote against them in November. The majority don’t care what their constituents want. I’m borrowing an excellent British phrase to describe most members of both the Senate & the House: they’re Not Fit For Purpose! To use/misuse an old Southern term, “They’re Scalawags!”
