  2. Photos show that Biden relied on large note cards for his recent visits in Louisiana (Lake Charles & a huge water pumping system in New Orleans). They were in his hands all the time at both locations/photo ops. Should Biden & Putin meet, Russia should require that neither have audio devices (earpieces) and only one person with them as an interpreter. Let’s see if Biden can function at all in a conversation. Remember the Democrats’ campaign slogan: Any Blue (Democrat) will do! Biden/Harris is really scraping the bottom of the barrel, though!
