  1. Refund of steam with your steam wallet, steam understands the situation I think so that's why they're refunding the game. It's sad and I do hope arrowhead will find a solution to this, at the mean time steam had to lock the game in unsupported countries.

  2. Steam had to do that, they didn't had a choice because PSN doesn't support those countries so valve didn't wanted people to buy the game and cannot even play it. I hope arrowhead will find a solution to this, I hope they file a lawsuit and win. You can refund the game on steam, I think steam understands this situation, make sure to refund with steam wallet and put the message as "Sony has retroactively changed how the game works and forced legal agreements upon me which I don't accept"
