Why is it necessary for America to spend more on defense than the next 7 countries COMBINED? Also, it does not offer unmolested global trade, or there wouldn't be recurring piracy problems.   34. It should be about honesty. Women (and men) should be able to handle it if you don't eat a bad meal. You shouldn't feel coerced into eating something you don't like just to show "kindness and appreciation", that is absurd. You should be able to show appreciation in better ways than that.

  35. Espy Gaming The context that I gave should have been clear. He thinks eating will show kindness and appreciation, so he is pressured into doing something unpleasant. There was no inference that his wife was forcing him. Yes, love should be sacrificial at times, but this isn't one of them. To bringing it back to the original comment, it should also be about honesty. I doubt I could love a woman with an ego that is so fragile. A wise woman should dislike being handled with kid gloves.

I did infer that she had a fragile ego, but I did NOT claim that was why he ate the food. I am well aware that she knew the food was bad. Honesty becomes a factor with the putting on of airs. Instead of being honest and saying he does not prefer the food, he chose to eat two plates of a bad meal. It doesn't matter if both of them know the meal is bad. If you don't understand how honesty is a factor here, I can't help you.
