Divorce rates are super low having dropped from around 50% to 40% which totally was not effected by more men refusing to get married. And if you are unlucky enough to get divorced, you don't have to worry about losing half your stuff, the kids, and being forced to pay alimony and child support regardless of changes in your income. And I don't know about the UK, but in America those don't have a good record at all. The quality of life is very low, and I don't know that it would be fixed by replacing all the human nurses with robots, even if they could afford more robots per elderly person.
