  1. I came from a conservative background, and it is long since time that conservatives stopped pretending that we live in a Theocracy or that morality can be legislated. The war on drugs is a great blemish and shame on conservatives (and society in general), but they are not practical enough to notice. The rest of the shame belongs to the "justice" system and companies that actively profit off of keeping drugs illegal even while legal drugs are killing people off.

  2. Thank you T Rosa and Josh, but perhaps I should have been more specific and said "religious conservatives". Even though Trump is the least religious Republican president that we have ever had, I doubt it will mean that we get good drug policies from him. I also don't want to forget Obama's crimes of going after people where the drugs were legal in that state. VERY disappointing and hypocritical coming from someone who said "Look I ee you know I uh, when I was a kid, I uh.. hmm, I inhaled, uh frequently. That was uh, that wa, that was the point.
