Just give it enough time and your country will collapse, especially if you offer welfare to people that never paid into the system. The US hospitals may not be free, but they won't turn people away if they really need help. Nothing is for free. Someone has to pay for it somehow, otherwise you are forcing doctors to work for free, which would be slavery. And the more middlemen there are between the buyer and seller, the more chances for corruption and gov't waste. But you don't care about that as long as it is convenient, easy, and "free", right?
