If we extrapolate to higher rates of population, at 5% of the population they would be carrying out near 25% of the attacks. At 20% of the population, they would be near 100% of the attacks.

  4. Why would you claim that you can marry security and human rights? Since when has that ever happened? The Patriot Act was security theater just like the TSA. They don't provide security, and they certainly don't protect human rights or constitutional rights. Those that trade freedom for security deserve neither and will lose both.
