  1. Apparently "kindness" is letting the homeless do whatever they want in and around your property. Never mind any feelings of kindness to business or homeowners that have to deal with it.

  2. That is fine. People have the right to be offensive. What is not okay is not knowing the law which leads to whining about someone on a public sidewalk. She has no right to deny access there.

  3. I've had great Latino neighbors, and I've also had the ones that party with loud talking and music to all hours of the night. Which is nothing compared to the muscle truck with an engine so loud it can wake the dead every time he pulls out of the driveway and floors it.
