  1. Good information, but as always on these kinds of videos, where is the demand to find good alternatives for sugar, breads and carbs, and maybe making fried foods with lard? Giving up on our favorite foods for the rest of our lives is not a cure, it is a curse.

  2. Also it is more important that we find good alternatives for sugar and carbs, and find why people can go on holiday to Europe and eat all kinds of things with very little or no bad effects. It shouldn't just be "give up all your favorite foods for the rest of your life". That's not a cure, it is a curse.

  3. But if you were consuming seed oils and sugar and carbs, how do we know the worst culprit? And I have heard from another YT podcast that you can reduce glucose spikes by eating vegetables first, and have diluted vinegar before meals.
