  3. Healthcare costs concern me, but the complete lack of tort reform, right to repair, and lack of competition among other things is more concerning as the true source of the costs. Why is the answer always a medical safety net? We can openly see how it ends. With terrible conditions and treatment, and with Canada offering people help with offing themselves. And just wait until it's no longer an offer but a mandate. Gov't control of anything is miserable, so why in the world would you give it control of your healthcare?
