  8. @iKoonya Judging by their 22 Grammy awards and them selling 150 million records I would say you are clearly wrong about their talent. I don't know where your anger at U2 comes from but I will believe your own insults are about you before I believe they are true about U2.

  14. @builditwithlegos Well how much have you listened to either one of them? I don't like all of Gaga stuff but I still like some of Her songs. I understand what you are saying, and I know that mass popularity is not necessarily a indicator of how much talent someone has themselves or vs "starving artists" it is however a indicator that talent is there. Take for instance that even screamer crap metal music as bad as it can be still has some amount of appeal and some sort of talent.

  15. @builditwithlegos Talent will sell records. You seem to be saying that people buy U2 cds even if they don't like them. Talent = people liking U2 = people buying cds. I don't care how many times you throw "ad populum" at me I still say that 150 million records =/= no talent.

  17. @Uuuurk Yes there are "best songs". What do you call all the cds compilations of "hit" songs? "musical geniuses?" No I don't but I do think they can or could sing well with or without auto-tune. Your belief that just hearing something over and over will cause someone to like it is definitely not true at least not for all songs. I know if I hear certain commercials or jingles or songs to much I will hate them even more than before.
