  4. Or if you are already doing One Meal a Day having dropped sugar and carbs it is much easier to do fasting. Just make sure you still take your trace minerals, electrolytes, and real vitamins and not the fake stuff mass produced from China.

  5. Why are you bad talking a meat based diet? Do you make any acknowledgment of the differences between factory farming and pasture raised meat? I am fine with fasting for even 3 days, but I have NEVER been able to enjoy leafy greens (outside of iceberg or red leaf lettuce on a sandwich). I've tried arugula, spinach, broccoli, cabbage in the form of sauerkraut (which is only tolerable paired with meat), and kale. I can enjoy raw carrots, and guacamole paired with eggs or meat.
