  1. You are not helping my respect for lawyers if you are constantly looking for ways to trap Kavanaugh in his words when it has nothing to do with evidence that he is guilty. Is your goal to discredit him and look for excuses to keep him out of office, or is it to look for the truth? Your points and questions expose a horrible bias against Kavanaugh. 1. Perjury does not prove that Brett is guilty of the alleged crime. 2. Judge like behavior has nothing to do with proving his guilt. 3. "Would he prevent investigations?" His probable actions in the future has nothing to do with proving what happened in the past. 4. "Could he be found guilty?" The answer is no. Not in a million years if we are going to pretend to follow the standard of "innocent until proven guilty". The testimonies against Ford are overwhelming. 5. Should Kavanaugh request an investigation? No. It is not his responsibility to prove his innocence and play into the obvious and corrupt delay tactic from the democrats. It is not even the jurisdiction of the FBI to deal with this type of investigation.
