  1. Where is the problem? Report it to the BMW dealer and they have to fix it under warranty. The problem is just a question of adjusting the convertible top.

  2. No comparison to a S-Class, but if you did not have the moeney to buy a S-.Class you will be fine with it, but the whole car is far away of a Mercedes S-Class.
