  1. I kew both, the E63s is better, its more complete, intuitive and joyfull to drive. I have a E63s wagon and my company uses Audi (A3-A6, junior to senior consultants) as company cars, so Audi tried to convince me as company owner to change my E63s for a RS6 by giving me a RS6 two weeks for a testdrive. My privat car is a 991.2 GT3 and a Cayenne as family car, would i drive the E63s privately, i would have to pay extra taxes (Every month 1% of the price as income before taxes) for it.

  2. The problem with this low displacement high power turbo engines is that they did not get old. The high compression kills gaskets and the turbos are often done after 80k miles.

  4. There is a AMG inetriour trim option (ca. 2k) for the GLS wich may come with AMG floor mats, but the GLS in the comparison had this option not, otherways the wood trim would be carbon instead. May be some one at the dealership just put the false floor mats in the car.

  8. All AMG V12 engines (S, SL, G 65ér) since 2015 have 630 HP and 738LB-FT as standard. The AMG V12 motor is even in torque limited from max. ca. 1.280 NM to 1.000 NM as the the drivetrain and gearbox is not able to handle the power over the full expected Merc lifespan.

  9. There seems to be a misunderstanding: particle filters are only for diesel vehicles, petrol vehicles have a catalytic converter. New EU and US petrol cars have the same catalytic converter. Sound differences can only be in the exhaust system, as the volume limit in the EU is 74 decibels and in the USA (California) it is 95 decibels. I think the US version will get the same exhaust system as the EU version.

Ertrag/Erlose abzüglich Kosten ergeben den Gewinn der zu versteuern ist. Mit Leasing KOSTEN reduziere ich also den den zu versteuernden Gewinn. Wenn eine Firma ein Kraftfahrzeug kauft hat die Firma keinen Ertrag/Erlose oder keine Bonität: Ergo: Die Firma die ein KFZ kauft ist sehr Jung oder halb Bankrott.

  12. The benefit of the "fake" exhaust is that, if some one hits your rear, the whole exhaus is not pushed forward and causing massiv damages till to a broken exhaust manifold.

I think all luxuary German Brands offer wood trim as option in and above above the midle class. The walnut trim is at Audi a ca. $900 option, birch wood is without extra charge.

  24. They are realiable as all other cars, but you need a work shop with fair prices and competent technican - the US dealer dont have them. They declare a car with cloged air filter as engine death and try sell you a new one. BTW EVERY car with over 500hp has much higher tear and wear than the 120 hp family Toyota.

  25.  @BadgerGT500  If you buy the cheapest one where the rear bumper is tagget with a nail gun, the clock says 90k but the seat is worn to the core - you will have problems. But if you buy a one from first hand or a dealer and a service book, you have no problems.

  26. No need for a Brabus - the Maybach GLS 600 has a bigger brother - the Maybach GLS 680 with the V12 from the AMG65 series. The V12 is actually only in the Maybach versions available.

  28.  @74thavehustler  Germany, but this is not a car tax, it is income tax. If a company in Germany offers a company car wich can also be used privat, this is rated as a additional income. If you have a company car worth 50k your taxable mothly income is increased by 500€ (1% rule). How much taxes this is exactly depends on your income and tax class.

  33.  @TheStraightPipes  The current summer was miserably and rated as a rainy summer, but the weather expections announce now 25° - 33°C for a longer period, so my 1970 S280, 3.5 cabriolet will be now be moved. The car is slightly older than myself....
