  4. +Raj Ghuman With a Chip-Tunig, you totally loose the guarranty of the car. The engine of the regular M4 is at the max, and if you squeeze more power out, your engine can broke down after a verry short period. The Performance extra of the GTS is based on a water injection system, wich cooles the combustion itself and also has a Intercooler effect.

  6. +N.C. I My Merc dealer gave me a C63 B.S. and for my taste, the car is to extrem. I also have a 911 Turbo (991) and that car is more comfortabe on the road and also more fun to drive if you want a hard ride.

  7. Not all gears are used sequentually - if usefull, the automatic skips a gear. The engine has also a automatic cylinder shutdown wich lets drive the car only on 4 cylinder if no power is needed, here the gearbox selects the fiting gear for fuel economy.

  8. Always that complaning about prices at Porsche - a Porsche is always a full sportscar and if you don´t have the money to buy one, buy a Mazda, Toyota, etc. but stop lamenting on the prices. Apple has also high prices but never here there journalists lamenting on the prices.

  9. +Peter Timowreef The problem is that you than need every 10.000 miles a new engine and turbo, like the cars of the most backyard tuning garages. So with its high price, BMW could have also calculated to spend some replacement engines. But in this case, the big trick is the water injection, which cools the temperature of the combustion down - for more power and also extends the engine/turbo life time. Also clever is, that the water usually has not to be refilled by the driver, because it is collected as clear condensate at the AC.

  11. Flawle5sAbs The question finaly is how much did you gaet an how much did you pay for it. The GTR is cheaper as a new car, but you nearly get nothing inm the resale. So the calculation is bying price A minus resale price B divorced by the years of use Y: A-B / Y = A (anual) price for the car. BTW i have a 911 Turbo and the car works fine and also has a stabile price over the years, so i can calculate the worth and (A-B / Y = A) on a stabile basis. Even if the car cost a few bugs more, i knew for what i spend it - the smell of leather and touching on Alu instaed of plastic. watch?v=j2mTTfZH64k I use my 911 in this kind, and can´t imagine to use a other car.   13. Have driven the Passat and Mondeo as rental cars and the Moneo was for me far behind the VW. Even the cheap looking dashboard and interiour let me thought sitting in a old 90´s Ford Escort.

  15. A basic carrera has a Turbo with a very linear power band, the NA flat six has a classic upgoing power band, the higher the RPM the higher the power output.
