But on the other hand employees have a pension and health insurance and also a intensive care insurance if the got very old. If you have a hard accident during work hours, there is also a automatic insurance wich pays you a good pension if you cant work anymore. In this case the employer pays the monthly fee for this insurance, but received on the other side very well educated workforce from the public school system and dual education/practical system. At the end this model works and makes employers and employees successfully.
