  1. In Germany they followed the EU rule by making all containers of the meal out of paper, cardboard or organic cellulose. Btw, as long as they don´t offer fork and knife to the meals, i wont be their customer. I think it is even disgusting seeing people shoving a XXL Burger into their mouth with the sauce and fat dripping down. I think the civilization did invent the fork and knife for a good purpose and eating again with the fingers is a severe setback. But the US Americans are in some states also concerned when someone at the table holds a knife in his hand. Therefore everything is quickly cut to size like on a children's plate and than the knife is finally put aside - before anyone else gets hurt or (in the Bible Belt) someone has wiped his butt with their right (knife) hand* before. Now i go to enjou my evening dish wich is also often called as dinner: Mixed green salad with olives, pork filet slices, roasted sunflower seeds, and a home made mustard dressing without sugar, but a lot of fresh herbs from my garden. *I am not bible proof, but is there a religious rule, that one has to wipe his butt with the right hand?
