You can get pure Petrol in Europe with up 5% alcohol. In the US the Alcohol part can go up to 30% and it ihas not even to bee declared - depending on the state. Alcohol has less power than fuel per liter wich is calculate sin KWh per liter. Petrol fuel has the most KWh per liter with 8.6 KWh.
