  2. I think the engine is fully overhauled and with a modern ignition distributor + modern sparks you also get a bit more power out of it.

  3.  @sesharimtusar1428  The Benz is original, but i guess the mechanical ignition distribution is replaced by a new one. The electrical are much better and cheaper. My 280SE from that time performs the same - after a engine overhaul.

  4.  @sesharimtusar1428  I knew, but i think the tire rims are not legally registrated ;-), as Mercedes had only steel rims with hubcaps at that time - other rims would need a individual and expensive registration. As long as the cars FIN numbers and engine numbers match, there is no big problem to get the H license plates.

  5. The 1970´s stearing weehls had bad grip, so gloves have been often used at that time.
