  1. The engine will be most likely the same MTU engine. But Rheinetall is currenty also working togehter with Musk/Tesla on a electric tank. The propulsion will be electric (hybrid) and a combination of battries and diesel engine will provide the power. The Diesel engie will not drive the tank, it will just provide power for the electric motors or charge the batteries.
