  2. Lots of people need it because food prices are too high. People on Disability in Ontario get something like $1000/month. Most Single Rooms are that price alone. They don't have money for food.

I don't think it's an issue because the Food Banks track who is using them and require ID for you to use them so you can't go from one location to the other to get food. If you're in the downtown area you can only use the downtown food bank. If you're in the West-end you can use that one. They're not interchangeable.
