18 U.S.C. §§ 793: Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information, which carries a penalty of up to 10 years in prison. 18 U.S.C. §§ 2071: Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally, which carries a penalty of up to three years in prison and disqualification from holding office (more on this below). 18 U.S.C. §§ 1519: Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy, which carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison. None of these charges would be changed if he declassified them as he claimed, and if they were properly declassified they would not be marked classified

Article V of the Constitution provides two ways to propose amendments to the document. Amendments may be proposed either by the Congress, through a joint resolution passed by a two-thirds vote, or by a convention called by Congress in response to applications from two-thirds of the state legislatures

@jakemensik2842 protesting genocide isn't hate speech but it is antisemitic because Israel has been committing it for over 50 years

Let the flames takeover traitor trump is a civilian and no civilian is ever allowed classified documents and 4 of the document packets were top secret which is a matter of national security as is any classified document but keep showing you trumptards have no loyalty to America because we like it when the enemies of America make themselves known
1
Maybe so but democrats have proof, republicunts have a russian oligarch, a Chinese agent and former FBI agent fired for sharing classified documents as there "whistle blowers"
1
@duhmizle because trumptards need to be educated
1
All of them? Because it only takes 1

@mattboyce3276 can't convict a sitting president and the rest the time was investigating him because there were so many crimes. This case will be finished before the election.

@midnightrunner684 it's a win win for everyone because he has the most support amongst republicunts and he already lost to Biden so democrats will support his running
1
@worldstormchasing Mighty Joe Biden had unemployment at half that within 6 months and got it to the lowest it's been in 50 years within his first year but that's because he created more jobs in his 1st 9 months than traitor trump did in all 4 years of his presidency all while covid was still a pandemic and he didn't stop there he went on to creating more jobs in 2 years than any president in 4 years.

I don't support hammas for the same reason I don't support the Israeli government because I don't support terrorism
1
Would it be justifiable homicide to shoot the cops that were stopping you from saving your child when they were too cowardly to do so?
1
@noName-kn1lx Israel started all this with there terrorist strikes for the past 50 years, and there response as always is way worse than the attack on them. But then I started my 1st response with I don't support hammas, yet you terrorist supporters always try to say we support hammas when it's only you that support terrorist.
