Mark P traitor trump was impeached because of witnesses and evidence while he was aquitted because the soon to be replaced republicunt Senate were too afraid to allow witnesses and evidence. The constitution clearly states the house has sole power of impeachment and acquittal doesn't take that away it just takes Senate seats away from the 10 republicunt senator's running for reelection
