  1. Governments and the Greenies have been telling Big oil for decades that it's the end of the line for them. Why would big oil invest in new wells, or infrastructure , knowing that their days are numbered? Hence theres a supply shortage, prices go up (demand/supply)......The massive profits that they have made are passed onto shareholders, or share buy backs. It's fantastic for us shareholders.
