  30. 100% If you go back to WWII, America supplied ammunition and weapons to Britain under the lend lease program. This kept the US neutral, but sent a message saying we support Britain. China can do the same, and if the west thinks for a second that they could match China's output of ammunition, and manufacturing capacity, they are in a fantasy land. The west cant even match Russias output of weapons.
