@joetran8798 If he breaks the law in France then France has jurisdiction. If he does something outside of France then France does not have jurisdiction. What part of that do you not understand?

@joetran8798 Taking a head of state hostage is an act of war. The court has zero jurisdition so it is not capable of doing anything. Israel wouldbe justified in arresting anyone supporting this indictment
