There is zero chance of this working because Iran refuses to even discuss ending their nuclear weapons program just like they have always refused. This would just provide massive funding for their nuclear weapons program and their islamic terror programs. The senate refused to ratify it after Obama signed it and the current senate will not ratify it either and after Jan, 2023 the senate will certainly not ratify it.

@saeeddookat2330 there is no tricky policy. It is specified in our constitution from 1788. As for no deal that is 100% Iran's fault for refusing to even discuss ending their nuclear weapons program or to discuss ending their islamic terror programs. That is why solimanni was killed and why no deal is possible

Obama failed to get the senate to ratify it and Iran refuses and has always refused to even discuss ending either its nuclear weapons or islamic terror programs. There is no way to get the senate either now or next year to ratify it. All biden can do is pay Iran to build nukes and export islamic terror just like Obama did

All this does is provide massive funding for their nuclear weapons and islamic terror programs while limiting our options to stop them. Even if biden signs it it will never get ratified by the senate. Obama tried to get it ratified and the senate voted it down and he abandoned it. Trump offered to negotiate and Iran refused and he left because it was not ratified. Even if biden signs it the current senate will not ratify it and the senate in Jan, 2023 will certainly not ratify it. There is zero chance of this working.
