GW2 still has many fundamental flaws that are not vocalised because people quit instead of report them. Most people still playing GW2 are the dedicated fanbase who only say good things about it. However you only have to look at the player numbers, the twitch numbers, to see the delusion is real, the game is unpopular compared to the other big MMOs, the megaserver hides the reality that they had to cram everyone into a few servers to keep the game populated. This is coming from someone who logs GW2 everyday, the game has serious problems, especially with boons resulting in PvE elitism, and WvW being dead, that until they are fixed will continue to see the game ignored by the mainstream.
