  2.  @westenev  For all the weird science that goes into modern vegen food, it still cannot match even the cheapest dairy and meat for perfect fat and protein taste and texture, likely never will since we been omnivores for thousands of years. Adding veg as side/topping feels way more normal because we cannot digest 90% of it and it's mostly water and undigestable fiber, we have animals that do that and turn themselves into tasty meat that is better for us.

Richest country in the world and this is what your most successful people do with it, just to make themselves feel superior.
