  4. This reminds me of how WoW Classic players would only put 4/5 talents in % based chance, forgoing 100% for 80% to get 1 free talent point. However 80% will never be 100%. But it was hilarious to see this logic spread to so many streamers who would get mad when their "reliable" bro math didn't work.
