  2. Streaming and recording game footage is super intensive yet most PC gamers these days want 144/100 fps smooth. Simple solution is just having a dedicated system for recording and streaming, it actually doesn't have to be very expensive, but having a dedicated machine for that 1 job whilst the gaming machine focuses on the game is pretty sensible. Windows is not the best at decided what task needs most priority in the moment.
