  1. When a person gets away with a bad behaviour or crime once without consequence, it's common for them to feel empowered and attempt to repeat it many times as it is now normalised behaviour. If they are seeking the thrill of being caught and confronted, they will seek more to do more extreme things until it happens. This is why bad behaviour is taught to toddlers to receive punishment at an early age, otherwise they will normalise and behave antisocial no matter how much older they grow.
