  1. He is underage so he will never get a real conviction in the UK. Back out on the streets after 1-2 weeks. We have a massive problem with teenagers causing havoc, especially stealing cars and going on hour long chases with the police where they drive the wrong way and on the sidewalk. But out court system always looks at them like "aw poor baby, you're the victim" mindset. They can even kill people and be out of prison in 2-4 years.
